March is upon us and we get to see brief glimpses of SPRING. Brief enough that they are a little bit more of a nuisance than something to look forward to because what usually happens is that we get rain on top of the several feet of snow that we have and that turns to ice. You can guess the rest. However, this is a time for the Silvertree to Celebrate! We now have our on-line lunch ordering ready for business. I'm sure that there will be some bugs in the system so bear with us and we will do our dead level best to get your food ready for you, on time and made the way that you ordered it. To make the best use of our on-line ordering you should sign up for our Soup Lovers Information Portal. That way you will know what the soups of the day and the quiche selections of the day are. To sign up send us and email to info@thesilvertreedeli.com and ask to be included in the soup mail list. Additionally, if you could indicate whether you would like to be on the Suttons Bay list or the Traverse City list that will be extremely helpful. To order from our Deli section follow this link "From the Deli". When you get to that section of the website you will see all of the different choices that are available to you. If you have any questions on how to make the website work please feel free to call Bruce at 231-271-2271 and he will walk you through the system. When you are ready to check out click on that link and you will be taken to a page where you can create your own account. If you are going to be a frequent user of our service I would suggest taking the 3 or 4 minutes that it will take you to fill out the information as it will make checking out on subsequent visits that much quicker. After you have filled out the necessary information, or have logged in as a returning customer, you will be taken to the page where you will need to enter your payment information. We do not retain any credit card information so you will need to input that information each time. At the bottom of the payment section there is a place for comments. If you could use that space to let us know when you would like to pickup your order and at which store, that will be very helpful. We know that this new tool will help save you time during your lunch break so that you will have more time for eating and less time to be standing in line. We hope that you will have the same opinion after you have used it. If you are having any problems please let Bruce know.
